orders, cashiers checks, personal checks, and

cashiers check. For personal and company checks,
please allow up to 5 banking days after receipt
for clearance of funds before the order is
processed. We cannot guarantee the availability
of a product by the time funds clear or payment

You can submit an RMA request online if you
signed up for an account with us when ordering.
Just log in and go to order history. Then click
on the order details link and from there you
will see the RMA submission. We cannot accept returns on opened beauty products, or fragrances. Once they are opened we cannot resell them. We will gladly
accept the return of products that are defective
due to defects in manufacturing and/or
workmanship for 30 days from the date of
purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make
resulting in the shipment of incorrect product
to you will also be accepted for return 30 days
from the date of purchase. Please email us for
an RMA. Watches can be returned if they are
defective free of charge and if the return seal
is still on the watch. If you decide you do not
like the watch shipping charges will not be
refunded and a 5% restocking fee will apply.

Shipping cost $5.95 to the USA, orders over
$75 come with free shipping. Shipping Time --
Most orders received before 5:00PM will ship the
same day, provided the product ordered is in
stock. Most orders received after 5:00 PM will
ship the next business day. Orders are not
processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday,
except by prior arrangement. We also ship by
Second Day air to any state in the USA.
We cannot guarantee when an order will
arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time
offered to you by Sample Store or other
parties only as an estimate. We encourage you
to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays
caused by shipping or product availability.
We ship internationally as well except for
watches. International shipping ranges in
price depending on weight and location.
International shipping starts at $25 for all
countries, shipping to Canada starts at $15.
